    Sunday:
    1 hr. 40 min. singles tennis
  • 2 miles on walk away the pounds express
  • Sunday:
    2 hours of softball
  • 3 min ~ Stretch
    175 Crunches
    30 girlie pushups
    25 minute Upper Body Workout (5lb weights)
    20 minute Lower Body Workout
    15 minutes ~ Lateral Thigh Strider.
  • Monday:
    55 mins. on the crosstrainer
  • monday: 4.33 miles outside
  • Monday:
    30 min. walk
    10 min wu/cd walk
    10 min. run
    30 min. elliptical
    5 min. bike
  • TUESDAY:

    I walked 6.33 miles today...4.33 (found out I'm going out tonight!) outside and 2 walk away the lbs dvd
  • Tuesday:
    50 mins. on the elliptical
  • Tuesday:

    no gym for me...my back is trying to go out on me...sometimes you just have to stop and listen to your body, that didn't stop me from:
    stretching
    leg lifts/scissors/inner thigh
    100 crunches
    push ups 50! I impressed myself w/ that
  • Wed -
    1.2 miles treadmill
    10 minutes circuit training
    (easy day, head cold)
  • Tuesday:
    30 min. walk

    Wednesday:
    50 min. tennis
    15 min. elliptical
    25 min. walk
  • Wednesday: 2 miles on walk away the lbs..and my butt HURTS...
  • Wednesday:
    55 mins. precor
    30 min. softball
  • Thursday:
    60 mins. on the crosstrainer
