Ah , your so wonderful pookster! I actually begin my liquid diet today, they told us 48 hours in advance...it wouldnt be so bad except for the fact that my youngest baby turns two tomorrow and he is having a big party, with cake (custard filled with strawberry whipped topping) and icecream , oh my mouth is watering.
Yeah i have to take Magnesium Citrate tomorrow (yuck-lemon flavor), but i havent heard of k-dur...uh oh, hope these poeple know what they are doing. LOL, can you tell Im nervous!!!!!!!

be brave!!! you two are doing GREAT. i vote for chicken and beef broth. the wee little bit of protein will help...

you're brave with the baby's b-day party, but just hold onto the fact that you're giving him the best present possible: a health, active MOM!!!!!

FREEZE THE YUCKY STUFF before you mix it in the water. doesn't take all the yuck factor away, but it does go down a little easier...

and pookie is soo right. please check in - or ask someone to do it for you.

we like to know...

grasshopper - are you getting all this ???????

OMG, taking the magnesium citrate as we speak, guess i was in need of emotional support...this stuff is aweful. Reminds me of the first thing they gave me during my upper GI.
SO ill sit here sipping it while typing to you, then im gonna have my last cup of coffee for a while, than put up decorations for my sons birthday. so im tyring to keep busy, but i know ill probably be running back and forth to the bathroom too!
Hope everyone is having a cheery cheery day!!!
