I tried to walk two miles today, but it was impossible,I could only walk one... the machine is so boring, I love to walk outside, but the snow made that impossible... (college town, NO ONE salts/shovels at ALL)

Ok, today I TRUDGED one mile through the snow, does that count as extra??? It sure felt like extra! I also took the stairs and walked 7 flights. I wish I cold've done more but I am SO out of shape and the stairs made my legs quiver!!!!
