Default Sunflower Seeds?
I just started the SBD three days ago. My biggest problem is snacking while I'm sitting and reading or watching t.v. I wondered about sunflower seeds but can't find anywhere that says how many I can have. Is there a limit?

I believe most of the nut limits are one ounce per day, TOTAL, including peanut butter.
