Hi, My name is Shannon, and I am new to the board. I joined WW about 7 years ago, and after having some problems I quit. I am going to try to start it up again, doing it by myself at home. Today is my second day on the program.
The main reason I decided to go on WW is because I started on a medication again that makes me gain weight, so I want to try to cut back so I don't get any bigger than I am now. I would love to lose weight and reach my goal if possible.
I am glad to see that it is possible to do WW at home, with a hectic life right now I do not have time to go to the meetings but I really want to do this.
So I hope that you do not mind a newbie hanging around!
