Hello Veggie Chicks!
I am thinking about going back to my old vegetarian ways... And somewhere in my search of veggie websites, I came across recommendations for this cookbook:
The Essential Oil Cookbook by Menkit Prince. It's based on the diet followed by the extremely long-lived Hunzas who live in the Kashmir Valley. The recipes are 100% vegan and look pretty tasty!
If anyone wants to take a gander, the book is at:

Just wondering if anyone out there owns this and cooks from it? What do you think? What is it like to eat essential oils? (Seems like an odd concept to me because I've only used them in perfumes!) Before I drop $25 on it, I thought I'd solicit some real user reviews...
I'd like to feel good about the food I eat, and improve how my body functions at the same time. Not to gross anybody out, but sausage pizza is not cutting it!
Thanks for any feedback!
