Default New, Need Help!

Hello. I am new at this whole chat thing, and open to any help I can get. I am 33yrs old, 5 feet tall, and 278 pounds. I have been married for 3 years and batteling my weight since I hit puberty. My husband is wonderful, but doesn't always understand what it is that I go through. I am looking for all the help I can get to achive my goal of losing my weight not only to improve my health, but also because we are having trouble getting pregnant. I have tried so many things in the past: WW, Jenny Craig, Atkins, Magazine diets. I have had the most sucess with LA Weighloss but the closest center to me is 1/2 hour away. I just saw the Zone Diet book at the store, thought I would read that, sounds alot like the no carb thing. Anyway I am excited about 3FC. Thanks in advance for any help and support anyone offers.
