  • Jump on the wagon girls - the gym's are going to be super-busy for the next couple of weeks, so get ready to do battle!
  • Sunday: 15 mins elliptical, 20 min bike, 10 min stretches
  • I'm ready to battle...Nobody touches MY elliptical machine OK????? hehe....
  • Bring it on, lol. Love that elliptical!
    70 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 10 minutes weights (trying hard to work off Christmas dinner, still)
  • Sunday:
    2 hours of softball
  • Sunday

    10 minute warmup/stretch
    40 minutes Upper Body Weight Training with 5lbs weights ( 8 different exercises)
    30 minutes ofAbdominal, hips and Thigh (Push ups, Sit ups. leg outs, (9 exercises total)
    pedometer attached to my hip ~ 18k steps. I walked around the store at work alot fast paced today.
  • sunday: 45 mins crosstrainer, 60 mins strength training w/ trainer... (still not feeling 100%, but doing my best at the gym)
  • wow it feels fabulous to post here finally!!!

    saturday: 30-ish min weights
    30 min ellipitcal and 30 min treadmill

    sunday: 30-ish min weights
    15 min ellipitcal
    does cleaning your whole house top to bottom count????

    i really didnt feel much like going today but i had gotten dragged out by friend. i guess there are worse things peer pressure can do to you
  • Cleaning the house DEFINATELY counts! We're about the same weight, and my fitday account says that cleaning the house burns 4 cals./minute.

    Walking (2.5-5) 8 miles
  • Monday - oh my was the gym packed!
    10 minutes elliptical
    20 minutes treadmill
    3 x 12 (10 lb) arm curl
    3 x 12 (10 lb) arm extension
    3 x 12 (15 lb) pectoral fly
    4 x 10 crunches
  • Monday:
    50 min. walk
    15 min. bike (4.19 mis.)
    10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    15 min. run (1.5 mis.)
  • Monday--25 minutes elliptical trainer. 15 minutes treadmill. 20 minutes cycling.
  • definately feels like the mondays... umm... other than working this morning... i do a lot of walking and im on my feet all day i did:
    35 min weight training and 30 min walking and 30 min elliptical
  • yes the gym was packed... i was crabby so i gave a bunch of people dirty looks like "i've never seen YOU here before... GET OFF MY MACHINE!!" haha jk.
