Ok now that that deed is done! I am here to post for a few minutes....

I haven't read, just skimmed so I am going to start fresh from this point forward! I do want to wish Kat a safe and fun trip and we look forward to your return....so hurry back!!

I got out at 1 pm today and we all went to lunch with one of the girls who left the office when she had her baby...the cute little baby girl is only 13 days old! So precious! We had a good time...then....tada....I stopped at walmart to have the film developed in 1 hour! I came home, did a couple of things then took Andrew back to walmart with me to get the pics...then I picked out the one that was the better and had them do reprints in 1 hour while Andrew and I shopped. $63 later we picked up the prints and went home...I got the dishwasher loaded, lunches made, the coffee maker set up to go off in the a.m., and now when I get off of this computer I am going to stuff the pics in the cards and stamp them and get them in the mail tomorrow morning!! So....be on the look out for them!! I really really hate this pic of me...but I promised someone...and I won't mention any names Thin...that I would put a pic in this year...a real pic that is!! So I included one with Me, John and Andrew...I hate my hair and my fat face and for that matter my fat body!! But its in there!!

OK I will stop babbling and go do the cards now...tomorrow is another late day for me so I will try and pop in...if not I will be back friday...out at 12 pm on fridays!

Hey everyone

It is so late, and I'm still packing and wrapping things up here. Just wanted to pass out hugs and kisses and remind you all that I'll be back online next week. I'm not really sure there will be much time or opportunity over the next few days. Until then... Happy Holidays!

Andria... hurry back. We will miss you and Kat.

Michelle... I am looking forward to recieving your card... AND PHOTO.
The photo I sent last year was really bad too. In fact I had a friend who had not seen me in years got the same photo. She visited this summer and said it looked NOTHING like me. LOL I was glad to hear that... because I looked BAD in last years pic.

I need some help here. No one has mentioned a new song.
I don't know what the name or words are to this song.... I am drawing a blank.
Here is what I do know....

"Oh the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
and since we've no place to go
LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW! LET IT SNOW!"

Hi all! No time to write. I've been up since 7:00 this morning and my clock here is going on 2:00 AM. I'm asleep at the keys.

Had to check in though and heres' the next verse:

Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping,
And I've bought some corn for popping,
The lights are turned way down low,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

Gotta go. Sleepy time.

Howdy all, Just a quickie as I am running behind this morning. It is Thankful Thursday. So today I am thankful, that;

1) I have you wonderful people to talk to.
2) My family will be together this Christmas.
3) I will have a new home next year.
4) That God is always there for me, even when I don't always remember God.
5) That I can control what I do.
6) That I have free time on Thursday nights now that Survivor is done for the season.
7) That I have a pretty great husband.
8) That I am pretty darn healthy considering.
9) That Duran Duran is touring again.
10) That I don't write the top 10 lists for David Letterman everyday.

All right, Well, I hope you beautiful People have a great OP day.

Love ya'll

Skitt

Another day on program. I am definitely considering yesterday another day OP, despite the christmas party. I didn't overeat and had a good time. To compensate for the goodies at lunch, I had Mr. Pita 7", baked lays and diet pop for dinner with my friend Karen after our walk. I think overall the day went really well and the scale is starting to show it.

Happy vacation to all those that are leaving or have left. I can't wait until January to go to Florida.

Better get back to work.

Ooops, I forgot to sing.

Oh, the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful;
And since we've no place to go,
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Man, it doesn't show signs of stoppin',
And I brought me some corn for poppin';
The lights are turned way down low,
Let it snow, let it snow.

When we finally kiss good night,
How I'll hate goin' out in the storm;
But if you really hold me tight,
All the way home I'll be warm.

Good morning,

Just dropping in to say hi and that life continues to be very busy. Work has been worse than ever what with staff not doing their jobs well and then taking off on vacations and staff not paying attention to what they are doing and never questioning if what they are doing is right so lots of review and research and upsetting people's applecarts by having the redo work. I've read more IRS code this week than I ever wanted to.

We delivered our gifts to the agency for our adopted men. Now I've got to get the grandkid stuff to UPS and off to Louisiana. We've had our holiday get together with SS and his family along with the MIL (no meltdown's this time). This weekend my plan is to get all my holiday baking done and Christmas cards.

I'm staying OP and getting some exercise in a day. Making that a priority over other things and computer time.

My reward is to see 246 on the scale this morning.

Now I must get to work.

Take care and stick to your program.

I'm dropping in to say that I am here (somewhere in cyber space...almost typed outer space!) and all is well. Yesterday could have been a better day on program but I'll make up today what I did yesterday. Hopefully it will all even out and I'll have another loss at the scale on Saturday morning.

Work has been so busy and now that I take care of the grandkids in the evenings my homelife is extremely busy as well. I haven't kept up with the Christmas Challenge and for that I'm very sorry. However, I am looking forward to the challenge in 2005--I will read over and post my contract soon. I've bought the Christmas cards to send out--I just need to get that picture of myself. Picture or no picture (although I will try) those cards are going out on Saturday!!! We still haven't put the Christmas tree up at home although I've decorated the house outside and inside--hopefully that will be done this weekend. I think I'm through buying presents. I've been busy wrapping those at night when the kids go home. Slowly, I'm finishing them.

Michelle, the weatherman is calling for snow on Monday!!! Will you miss the snow? Wayne is already starting to whine--he hates the snow and the cold weather so much.

Work is calling my name and I must go...

Hey Girls!
Just popping in for a quick hello! I have only had a chance to skim the thread the past couple of days. I've been a little anxious this week - especially today - because tomorrow is DH's surgical procedure to see if we can get more little "swimmers" for our next IVF cycle. It has us both a little stressed out. Luckily it's first thing in the morning so some of the waiting will be over soon. Say a little prayer for us around 8:00am.

I received a Holiday gift from a vendor today --- 5 Pounds of Pistachios!!! Geez - that is a lot of nuts! I am sharing with all my work neighbors! At least it wasn't chocolate.

Time to tackle my commute home!
Have a good evening.

I notices another group in the support groups section called ISO Support. Call me dense sometimes, but what does ISO stand for?

Seems like I'm gone more than I am here, sorry
where does the time go?!?!?

I still have packages to wrap to get in the mail tomorrow!! YIKES!!
Hopefully I will get the cards done tonight , too.

Kat, you are not the first to laugh at my address! we laughed at the street name until we bought our property! We love it!!

Skitt that was a great Thankful Thursday list, It is good to stop and think about how much we have!

I had my last therapy session for the 'old' shoulder today, so can get back to Curves full time. (the therapist didn't want me doing both in one day)

I don't post a lot, but am inspired by some of your stories!
