i havent seen too many people around, but i think i may still be getting hang of the forum.. wherever everyone is, I hope that you're doing well
Q1: Do exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, and other "at home" common exercises work as a good means of muscle training? i.e. like weight training? I know that there are probably a wider range of machines that target different muscle groups.. but for the major ones?
Q2: I see people list how far they've walked - how are you able to figure this out?
