I'm looking for someone to sort of be a exercise partner just share what exercsies we have done that day and our goals with our exercises and weight loss. I have around 30lbs to lose and exercise around 3-5 times a week. I do the treadmill, and me and my husband have joined our local rec center were we place raquetball, and work out on the machines(some of the machines not sure what they are called. If anyone would like to partner up just post a reply here.
