Hi Catherine,
Well done on starting your plan today

Starting is the hard part. As for your evening predicament, maybe when your hubby goes off to work, you could take some time to go out with friends or join a gym or something that keeps you busy so as your brain doesn't automatically go into I must EAT overload.
Don't feel like you're alone though, all of our brains tell us this and for the most part, I know I listen to it, and turn into a pig. Half the time when I do it, it's because I know nobody can see me, so that means the points I'm shoving down my gob, cannot possibly count! And the main reaon I do it is because I'm bored!
Try and make sure you drink plenty of water in between as well as during your healthy meals too, it's amazing how filling it can be, I had terible times trying to get my water intake up to six to eight LARGE glasses a day, but now I do it without thinking, and I know my body likes me better for being properly hydrated.
Hope I have helped in some small way. We're a very supportive lot in here, and we all have our ups and downs so don't feel alone.
Hope you come back and chat soon
