Sunday: 50 minutes cardio kickboxing, lifting (triceps, biceps, delts)
Quick (15 minute) mile walk
Monday: 35 minutes elliptical, lifting (lower body)
Two 30 minute walks ( on work sanctioned time! Had to go to
rally at the Supreme Court--it was like a little bonus)
Tuesday: 30 minutes elliptical
3 15 minute walks
Wednesday: 30 minute walk + 2 15 minute walks. Skipped gym (boo,
hiss!) and now feel guilty. I was just so tired and
unmotivated... Naughty. And not in the good way.
