Question New with SW questions

Hi,

I came across this site yesterday and after reading the SW thread I was inspired to try again. My name is Lee and I am a SAHM. I am using the SW Food Optimising book as I live abroad and don't have a class nearby. I was reading yesterday about Bachelors packet pasta being free. I can't find it in the shops. My book doesn't give a complete list of free food or syns. Can anyone tell me if Knorr Risotto and Knorr Pasta snack are free? Also, what value does airpopped popcorn have.

I really love this site. I am hoping that by logging on here frequently to give and receive support I will stick to my diet THIS time.

Lee

Ooh i just spent a while trying to figure it out by searching for SAHM! And FINALLY after much reading saw that it means "Stay at home Mom"....

Must be the new saying for "housewife" or something?? More PC perhaps? Ooh I dunno!
