Hi toodly
No, I think most of the girls on here are doing Weight Watchers or Slimming World but someone may turn up from another thread you never know
Glad to hear that it is working for you

I have the book but wouldn't follow the diet, she doesn't allow chips I do like to read different books though, it all helps.

I've seen the programme and bought the book last week (am awaiting the t-shity now! ).

A lot of what she says makes sense but I can't see me doing her diet ~ I have to cut out to many of my vices!

How are you getting on with it?

I'm on Slimming World and have just done 4 weeks on it without having a bad day yet which is a record for me!

Default Is the show still airing?

Can any of you tell me if this show is still on? If so, what channel?
I was viewing it on Sky Digital but have not seen a listing for several weeks now.
Thank you,
Gigi
