Unhappy Lost and Frustrated

When I graduated from Highschool I weighed 185lbs. 3 years later I decided I was tired of it and needed a change. Thanks to ephedra products I got a great start and awesome results. My lowest weight was 125lbs. I was very happy with myself but was also working out atleast an hour to two hours a day 6 days a week. I moved in with my boyfriend and within a year was back up to 165. I am having a horrible time getting back into a routine and because everything is Ephedra free am not finding anything that will give me the physical boost (some weight loss) and emotional boost I need. Does anyone have any advice or info. on where to find Ephedra products?

Welcome to 3FC mae0340! I hope you'll visit us often during your weigh loss journey!

Now I'm going to throw my two cents in on this subject, if I may. I agree with tobaccygirl. Ephedra is not the way to go for long term weight loss and it's very dangerous. I tried Metabolife and Stacker 2/3 (with ephedra) during my road to lighter me but stopped both after a few months of use after experiencing major "cut it out" signs. It got to the point where I thought my heart would jump out of my chest it was beating so fast. Do they give you an energy boost? Of course. But you can find that same feeling through exercise. Simply exercising everyday gives you a natural energy boost and releases endorphins that make you feel great all day.

You're going to do what you're going to do. But you owe it to yourself to be as healthy inside as you look on the outside and ephedra products will hurt you in the long run.

Just know this. Everyone on this site knows exactly how you feel. We have gone through the up's and down's as well. We have all looked for the quick fix, and never found it. If there was one out there, a healthy one, there wouldn't be so many people in our position. I invite you to use this site for support and advice. It really works!
