23 year old newbie from VA,DC,MD area - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi,
I'm looking for a 20 something buddy who lives in the MD,VA,DC area to keep in touch with.

I'm 5'3, 180 pounds looking for someone who is working towards a healthy more active lifestyle. My goal is to lose around 70 pounds. I'm not sure was size I want to be. The only thing I know is that I want to be able to see the muscles in my arms and legs. It's been hiding under this nasty flab for way too long. Please email me and tell me about yourselves.

Welcome! I saw your post on the singles thread, and I thought I would welcome you when I saw this post as well.

I'm also 23, and I want to lose a total of 70-80 pounds, actually, I think as long as I would fit into a size 10 I would be happy.

Welcome, Butterfly. Just thought I would say hi since I am in the DC area as well. However, I am far from a 20-something--I am turning 52 in October. But I had about the same amount to lose as you when I started and I'm half-way done now. Good luck!

I haven't done it... YET... That is my high school senior picture from 1999. That is the weight I want to get back to. Slowly but surely I'm getting there...
