Default August Weigh In

I am a happy girl ! ! August marks reaching my 1st goal of losing 1 Stone. What is even more remarkable is that I did not throw in the towel, I started this project back in March.

August is a fresh start for me. It's going to get even better, I mean business.

Just a bit of a p.s - Has anyone looked at the new Blackberry Melon and Cream recipe on the homepage?? It looks great but what is nonfree cream cheese ?????

Don't know how it happened, but Gloria loves me...down a pound this week, and I ate chinky last night....and have had a few (more thana few if I'm honest) chocy things, and crisps, and just basically stuff that I shouldn't be eating, but a pound is a pound and I'll take it
Good luck future weigher-inners...........

OK am restarting at 16 stone 9.5lbs and to think I was the same as Linus a few weeks ago. Think I have picked up the weight Kirsty has lost.
