It's a crispbread (I think, it stands for Scandinavian bran) you can get it from holland and barretts My sw consultant started getting it back in to sell as people were asking for it. People say it's pretty gross but I have had scan bran cake and it was ok. People are always taking the p out of it at my sw group.
Well, I actually like ryvita so that's quite promising!

It is basically just bran squizhed together into a cracker type thing. It tastes a bit like all bran.
They are only half a syn each or you can have 5 of them as a healthy extra. I have made scan bran cake which is ok. I have to confess that I don't mind them as long as the topping is thick (hint - you can have 5 laughing cow triangles which are quite chunky as a healthy exta a).
They take the p out of them at My SW group as well - lol. They do say that they can aid weight loss though as they keep you regular if you know what I mean - lol.
