Hello!
I did spinning 3 times a week for 6 months and I was in the best shape of my life! Then I moved to Spain and then back to the states and that's why I'm here now!

)
All I can say is take it easy in your first class. This workout is incredibly aerobic and you will sweat like never before. You will also feel the muscles in your legs working like crazy! The only downside is your ummmm....area that is in the seat will be VERY sore for a few days. I honestly felt like someone took a bat to my bikini area! But it's totally worth it. Once you go a few times, your body totally adjusts!
This is an incredible workout. After doing if for a few months, my friend commented on how amazing my abs loooked...I had never seen my abs in my life!
Have fun! I'm going back to spinning once I'm done with Phase 1!
