Okay so, as I posted previously, I've got my Mum's 40th birthday party tomorrow. It's going to be a barbecue, with loads of salad, and bread, sweet things, fruit, etc. I can be good (I'm on Phase 1) and stick to it, I know I can. I'm going to eat dinner before I go to ensure I don't overeat or go mad. However, could you all please give me a few pointers on how to stay focused and what to eat/drink to keep me on track? Also, regarding phase 1, are Quorn sausages allowed? Thanks in advance
