hi another newbie
hi im mia and im 20, i hit 21 in novemeber and i hope to be completely happy with my body when i do!
my worst weight struggles were when i was a teen by age 18 tho id finaly hit healthy weights, my lowest weight was 128 lbs ive since grown an inch and due to the comfort of having a boyfriend and being fairly in active ive since pilled on some pounds back, so now im hoping to get down to 125.
Im not on a paticular diet just watching what i eat and im trying to do at leats 15min on my gravity walker excerciese machine thing everyday
