Good morning all! Just joined up here and thought I'd drop a quick note and introduce myself.
My name is Lisa. I'm 31, married, no kids, just finished going to school (part time! for 12 years! UGH!) and now I have no excuses whatsoever for not concentrating on getting healthier.
I went back to the gym a few weeks ago. I have a love/hate affair with the gym. I hate the mirrors. I love the soreness from working out. I hate cardio. I love lifting weights. I hate when my shorts ride up. I love to stretch.
I'm not following any particular plan with my eating. Just trying to use common sense. And I'm beginning to think I have no common sense.
