Diary?

  • I keep one- I record my daily weight, what day of each phase I'm in, what exercise I've done, and how I'm feeling each day. When I feel sad, upset, happy, whatever, out comes my diary. Then at the end of the day I write down what I ate that today and how much water I drank and my goals for the next day. It really helps. Anyone else do this?
  • Yup I keep journals anyway but I always seem to write what I've eaten in them and weight and measurements occasionally too. It helps immensely when I keep track of what I have eaten every day in them as makes me aware of all my snacking!

  • I was using www.fitday.com to track my food and exercise. I must start doing that again. It is so easy to go off track when you aren't accountable.
