Personally, I think SBD is all about taking ownership of your knowledge of foods. Read the book, more than once if you have to, and learn the tenets of this WOE, then apply them to the food you consider eating. You'll be able to work that out yourself.
Also, several members here belong to the SBD online site and might be able to figure it out for you. But ultimately, fast food places change their menu items pretty quickly, especially the healthy ones (*sigh*), so you need to know the reasons behind the choices. Just my opinion.
