Hope that the braces are as painless as possible. I'm sure you'll have a lovely smile when it's all over!
Try the following:
- cottage cheese
- things made with eggplant
- tomatoes (no skins?)
- spaghetti squash?
- could you manage a salad? Maybe beans and feta and tomatoes?
- tuna salad
- chicken salad
- ham and cheese rollups?
- plain or SF vanilla yogurt smoothie with SF syrup, flax seeds, and silken tofu
