Default Has Anyone Read..."The PCOS Diet Book"?
Just saw this book today on Amazon and I'm wondering if anyone here has read it. It's called :
The PCOS Diet Book: How You Can Use the Nutritional Approach to
Deal with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by Ann Walker (Foreword),
Colette Harris (Author), Theresa Francis-Cheung (Author)

I read the reviews on Amazon but was interested to see if anyone here has read it before I order it.

Any feedback would be great!

I haven't read it but I would be curious to know what's in it as well. Hmmm...I'll scout around the net and see if I can find any other reviews on it for ya.
