I am really confused and frustrated over the serving thing for carbs. I have been going on what the package says, but I do realize that this is often manipulated by the company to reduce the nut'l info (if the item has 10 grams of fat, they'll say half of it is a serving and thus cut the fat in half...if you bought a candy bar, why would you eat half? Get the idea?

).
That said, some of the servings are in the GFGCG, but they are different from the packaging. And then I look at the actual sizes, from the huge flatbread we had last night to a tiny Wasa crispbread, and I'm a bit confused. Should I be going by the calories? If so, how many calories should one carb serving be? Ruth (who I consider to be our SBD wise woman guru about this stuff) said that 1/2 a pita is a serving, but the GFGCG says it's a whole 6" pita, and my pita bag says it is a whole pita. Arrrrgh! (where's the tearing out my hair smilie?

)
Ideas, ladies?
