Phase 1, Day 5...I peeked at the scale...5.5 lbs. down!!!

My last low cal, low fat diet I only lost 1.5 the first week. Amazing!
Some questions:
*This morning, I had to force myself to eat breakfast. I just wasn't hungry at all. It reminded me of the way I felt on phen-fen years ago. But I was feeling drunk and almost nauseaus. I ate a spinach omelet and I feel better now. Is it normal to feel like that at times?
*The book states to eat til I'm satisfied. I'm having a problem with nuts and cheese. Do I limit the higher fat foods like that to a certain serving size? Can I eat 2 ricotta cremes a day?
*I have really been too weak to exercise. I know that's normal in Ph 1. When can I expect to get my energy back? I'm active...this is a hard part!
*What kind of fudgsicles are legal? I bought the popcicle brand and was shocked to look last night and see 9 grams of carbs!
