Well, being in like the desert of California, exercising takes determination...and needless to say, I'm still working on that. It gets so hot that I have to get up way early, like 5 AM to beat the heat. I just started, but a friend of mine and I are going to go biking and of course with our heat, we swim alot. So yea, this is all new to me, I just want to get myself accustomed to just getting out a breaking a good sweat I guess. Anyways, any tips you have would be great!
