I am in dire need of a buddy... I am on Weight Watchers... for 6 weeks now. I've lost 14 lbs and need to loose about 60 more pounds. My problem is I do good for awhile... and then go off... and can't get back going. I really want to do it this time! I am 42, married and have a 19yo son and 17yo daughter. A wonderful (thin) husband and kid. TIA!!
good luck with your weight loss. i probably can't be your buddy due to time constraints at the moment but this is an excellent place to start. like i said good luck with your weight loss.
I'm quite new myself...but I'm having fun with this forum.
I'm 48...kids are 21 & 27 (thin) and I have been doing the SB for 5 weeks and lost 12 lbs. I have at least 20 more to go. The SB has worked for me because I no longer crave the sugar. yeah!!! I actually can resist sugary foods. At this point I have a fear that if I do eat cake or something...I may not feel good. Even the slightest sweet flavor (such as macadamia nut butter) is enough sweetness for me. That has been my lifesaver...the ability to eat nuts in moderation and low-fat cheeses, etc. Hey, if you want to buddy up...let me know! Good luck to you and God bless your lifestyle change! I know you can do it...it just takes taking control of yourself.
I'd love to buddy up... I have a little more to loose then you , but thats ok... I am glad the SB is working for you. WW is good for me as I have no gallbaldder.. and watching the fat has made me feel so much better. Also good for still having a kid at home! I also work so have to learn discipline for eating at work. (grocery store). Let me know what you think and how this works!!
