Smile New, and amazed!!!

I'm so amazed - this is the first diet I have been on that I feel has really changed my blood chemistry!

It's only my third day. I am a serious sugaraholic - anything in any form, please.

Even on day one I began losing the cravings. I have not cheated once, which is amazing for me, and I am beginning to think this may work for me!!
YAY!!!!!

That's not to say there won't be the days the Oreos call from Aisle Six......

Glad to see you like this plan so much I too am a recovering sugarholic and this is for sure the best plan to eliminate bad eating habits, Hope to see you around more often and keep up the great work

Same with me. It's finally something that is working for me. I came to realize I'm truly addicted to sugar and I can't have it. I have never cheated since the 30th of January. I'm absolutely blown away by the success I feel. I never want to be that way again.

I was a potato chip-aholic and have not had one potato in over 3 weeks! I totally agree with you!

I was a serious sugaraholic too. Oreos and milk, don't even get me started! When I started I thought there was no way I could go through a day without chocolate. I read everyone's posts saying they were not having cravings and thought "Yea, right!!" Now I am at the end of week 2 and I feel amazing, all the time! When I see that Oreo now I think about how good I feel and I don't want to change that, so for me that Oreo is just not worth it anymore!

This is definately a great eating plan. Glad you're off to a good start!!

Welcome, Soozinne! I am so glad you like the diet! Me, too! I am hoping in the future that I can have more carbs, but who knew I could get so excited about green beans?

I still get cravings, but they are more mind cravings than body cravings. And I *love* not having that terribly feeling in my stomach and knees from my blood sugar dropping. I was feeling that almost all the time for the past three or four years! How nice it is to float through the day without it!
