Hey there -- your friendly Pain in the @ss again. I signed up for Fit Day years ago and felt it was a pain to use as I am always making up new foods.
I decided to take the time and do it today. This is a pretty good sample of what I eat in a day [I also filled it out for today].

Is this normal? If I hadn't eaten the extra nuts yesterday, I feel like I would be waaay below calories here [today is super low and I included dinner].
Any input would be appreciated!
