I decided to move on to phase to on wed. but i am so afraid that i will trigger a craving. does any one have any advice on what to start out with i and what time of day i should add carbs? Any info will be much appreciated.
Breakfast is the place to start. Our bodies process carbs best early in the day. Lots of folks start with oatmeal or fruit. Try a week with adding one good carb per day and see what it does to your rate of loss.

i started this morning with oatmeal and blue berries and that is all the carbs i planned for today. I decided to make out a menu every day and stick to it to avoid over doing the carbs.
Since I don't like breakfast food, would I be able to add some fruit for an afternoon snack? I thought I read to not add fruit in the morning for some reason, I guess I will have to go back and reread that part.
Chick on the beach: So did you add, say a fruit a day for a week and then the next week add fruit and oatmeal, or bread? I was thinking of doing it that way.
