AS I recall, the Doc says use real -- it's made with good fats and eggs. He says you can use low-fay mayo, but I don't bother -- it's not like we eat this stuff by the spoonful!!!

It sure sounds like you're OK. The nice thing about the SB approach is that it allows for "goof-ups." I wouldn't worry, especially if you're not having cravings -- just press on with the "right stuff." We switched to Nayonaise, which is soy-based and marvelous!!!
