Finally got a full night's sleep, so my mood is much improved.

Today I talk to the doctor about my blood work. Hopefully he'll be able to give me some advice on pain management.

Well, now that I've started the thread, I need to pop downstairs and get my lunch ready for the day.

Morning Ellis and Mamacita glad you chicks had a good night sleep nothing worse than not getting enough sleep. I slept well myself. Although I woke up to a rainy day. I am praying that the sun will come out. Makes for wacky kids when the are shut up all day. Went to my youngest dd Mother/daughter banquet last night for her Girl Guide Troupe. I was so proud of myself had a bit of meatloaf and a fruit smoothie here just incase they did not have any OP food. Which they did I had a few meatballs and some salad.I was so happy with myself til dd had to serve me tea and dessert. Well that little girl managed to force me to have a small piece of cake. But that was all I had and I am happy to say that I didn't pull my usual crap and say well I blew it anyway I will continue to eat and start fresh tomorrow. I came home and had nothing more and got up this morning and had an OP breakfast and I am now slurping tea. Which I have been drinking like mad. I really do not do water so I figure tea is better than drinking 2 liters of Diet Coke a day. Well I have rambled on enough have a great day chicks.

Good morning! Quick post as I'm just back fro0m a drive to town to pick up my stupid wallet that got itself lost yesterday afternoon! (I left it in the shopping cart and some blessed angel of a man turned it in - intact! ) Whew!

It is going to be really hot again today but Sarah and I are going to start some more garden stuff anyhow. Hers she is! Back later!

I have perma-clench-jaw and I think I messed up last night [see my HELP! post].

Going to the gym tonight. Also going out on a semi-date so my mood better improve. Just dancing [no drinking for me anyway].

That picture timeline that I posted of myself? It DIDN'T start in 2001 like I thought. That first picture was from 2002!!!! Wow, a whole year gained back...and that means it's been onyl 2, not 3 years since I looked that bad!

Hi all! I've been off a while; ready to get back at it. I had to have carpal tunnel surgery monday on my right hand. It DOES hurt don't let anyone fool ya! I've been having to take my pain pills. So I'm sleeping a lot! I will have to have the left hand done this fall. Both have/had it bad; numbness all the time. Well I gotta get back in gear; I got a wedding 7/3 andreally need bad to pull some pounds off. I ordered the bun and thigh roller so we will see oncethe hand heals how that works. I bought the SBD cookbook and wanta read it to see if I can try some new recipes.
I'm gonna try to restart once again. I definately need encouragement.

After a 14 hour day in the ER I'm finally home. I swear it was a full moon,t he crazies were out all day.

OP all day, but the hospital bought us pizza for nurses week, I picked off some cheese, pineapple and candian bacon and ate that.

Hoping for warm enough weather this weekend to walk and do stuff outside.
