Default How are you doing on the May Challenge???

I know that Michelle has already met her goal for May Congrats to Her!!

As of this morning, I am down 7 of my 8 pounds! Yah!


How is everyone else doing on the challenge????

Congratulations Penny and Michelle! You must be really sticking with the plan...I am a notoriously slow loser, and only want to lose 10-15 total, so tried not to be too disappointed only losing a total of 2 lbs on Phase 1. So my goal for May (and first few weeks of Phase 2) was only 4. But I'm happy to say that I lost 2 pounds my first week on P2! I'm slow, but hey, I doubled my weight loss rate per week!

Keep up the good work everyone...

I am usually a slave to the scales weighing in everyday but I have not been on them today but as of yesterday I am down 4. My goal was 15 I think maybe it was 15 in my head and 10 on the challenge....I must go and check that. But either way I am going in the right direction this time down.

Congratulations, girls!!
I've just jumped into the challenge. I've lost a pound since starting SB again yesterday. And yes, I will be weighing again tomorrow morning.

i think only 1 or 1.5 down. haven't cheated at all either! i think i'm just slow.

Congrats to you!!!!! Keep it up!!

But being the slave to the scale that I am lol I weighed this morning and was up to 235 I was at 232, so either I'm retaining the water I drank late last night, gaining some muscle mass from all the exercise, or in starvation mode grrrrrrr. So today I'm going to try to cram in 1200 calories and get 2 workouts in and drink my water earlier rather than later, I know I know I'm being obsessive lol. Still down the 8lbs from may 1st
