Default Trader Joe's

Does anyone out there regularly shop at Trader Joe's? If so, are there any items that you depend on? Could you list them and which Phase applies?

Thanks!

TJ's has a web site. Their prooducts vary by location. See:

I love Trader Joe's. Their frozen shrimp is a great item to keep in the freezer. Actually any of their frozen veggies (tri-color peppers, asparagus, broccoli, etc.) are good too.

Everytime I go there, I spend way too much

TJ's is my main shopping source! Here are my staples:

Reduced fat cheeses (at a great price! Sharp 'Celtic' cheddar cheese is amazing)
Refried Black beans - only ingredients: beans, water, spices
Cereal - Heritage 8 grain, TJ's shredded wheat
Whole wheat pita bread and english muffins - and they have this 'low carb' bread, which is also SBD friendly, and it's REALLY good.
Soy corn chips - (we're on phase 3 now, so these are a nice treat with TJ's Roasted tomato Salsa - probably OK as an occasional treat on II, but I'm not sure)
TLC crackers. They also have other brands that are SBD friendly.
They also carry a canadian bacon and a sliced black forest sandwhich ham that's almost fat free, and with no fillers or sugar (don't remember the name).
Several salad dressings they carry (not necessarily labelled low fat) are great, with natural ingredients and no added sugar. Balsamic dressing and aSoy Shitake mushroom dressing are 2 favorites.

And, of course, 2 Buck Chuck! Can't leave TJ's without a bottle (or case!)
