I eat a lot of bacon on a red day. Here's one I had last week
breakfast - 2 egg omelette milk (healthy option) with bacon and mushrooms
snack - banana
lunch - large salad with ham, chicken and remains of the packet of bacon, 2 slices of wholemeal bread (Healthy option) and a muller light
snack - grapes
dinner - 3 bits of grilled pork lion with loads of stir fried vegetables, few potatoes - (healthy option) and a muller light
bedtime snack - packet of bernard matthews onion and sage chicken breast - half a sin
And by eating all that I lost weight
