Exclamation An Average Red Day (SW)

I pretty much stick to Green Days and am always lacking in ideas for Red Days. I would love to hear other people's red menus. I did a Red Day today and here is what I ate:


Breakfast

Banana
Toffee Muller Light
Decaff Coffee, Skimmed Milk, Sweetener

Lunch

Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber
Sliced Beef
Ham
Chicken

Dinner

Bacon Medallions
Fried Eggs (fry light oil)
2 slices of thick wholemeal bread (counted as 2 healthy extras)

Snacks

Chocolate Raisins

I eat a lot of bacon on a red day. Here's one I had last week

breakfast - 2 egg omelette milk (healthy option) with bacon and mushrooms
snack - banana
lunch - large salad with ham, chicken and remains of the packet of bacon, 2 slices of wholemeal bread (Healthy option) and a muller light
snack - grapes
dinner - 3 bits of grilled pork lion with loads of stir fried vegetables, few potatoes - (healthy option) and a muller light
bedtime snack - packet of bernard matthews onion and sage chicken breast - half a sin

And by eating all that I lost weight

i dont have an average so ill put in todays
breakfast two slices of toast with three scrambled eggs with bacon through the eggs
lunch pass
dinner roast pork, roast potatoes, boiled new potatoes ,yorkshire pudding{3 sins}
supper pork sandwich,yogurt
diet iron bru, diet fanta ,one cup of tea one coffee {2 sins for sugar}

I went through my freezer yesterday and gave it a good sort out. I was surprised at how much was in there. I always struggle with Red days but I found a few things for inspiration. Here are just a few of the things that I found:

Cod Fillets
Lean Beef Mince
Lean Lamb Mince
Sainsburys BGTY Burgers
3 bags of Prawns
2 Bags of Chicken Fillets
1 Box of Marinated Chicken Fillets
1 Bag of ready cooked Chicken Fillets.
Lods of frozen veg.

Might even try a red day today.
