Weekly Weigh-in 4/18-4/24

  • This morning was my weigh in - 152! wooohooo! another pound gone. I better get my butt in gear if I want to make my May Day Challenge though. I slacked off a bit last week.

  • hmmm... No loss. Still 166. I supposed it's good I haven't gained. I've really gotta get my butt in gear with cardio this week!!!

    Staying the same is a good thing, Dee! At least you didn't gain like me. I gained two pounds this week. I'm stopping this gaining weight right now and getting back to losing!
  • Good for you Jina! Congrats to all those losing ladies! (and maintaining ladies as well) I weigh-in tomorrow morning... what will the damage be? Eeek! I'm afraid.
  • I'm afraid to change my stats.. but I weighed 152 on Monday morning.. started the SBD. Today I weigh 148. I know that at least 2 pounds of that was water weight, but it still feels great!!!

  • Congrats to all the ladies who lost and maintained this week. I lost 1 lb, down to 164. I have to lose 2 lbs next week to meet the challenge. Good luck to everyone for the upcoming week.

    It's really helpful watching all of you losing weight...
    Me too, I have some pounds to lose and I have lost so far 3 lbs...
    I wonder..could I join you to the new challenge??

    I'm going to weigh-in tomorrow morning and write down my current weight (haven't changed it since last week)..

    So , if there is any room for any new member to join in I would be glad to be the one..
