Hello, my name is Kelly. I'm 20 years old, and I'm trying to lose weight and be happy inside. I have tried to exercise, but I really need some support from people going through what I am. Like I said I'm 20 years old and weight over 300 lbs., I'm trying my best to overcome this weight issue, but of course I'm not doing to good at it. I am not comfortable in my own skin, which no one should have to go through. I know I have got myself into this, being severly overweight, but I'm trying my best. I really need someone to talk to, I can't talk to friends at work because I don't feel like they are listening to me, truly listening to me. I seem to need that extra push in life with my health and hopefully someone out there is willing to help me out. Please, I appreciated you guys taking the time out to read my post, and hopefully help me and support me. Thanks

i know how hard and painful it is to be where you are. i'm there right now and i'll be there for a long time to come. since i started making a few changes in my life, i have started to feel better and better about life and about myself. i've started making plans to achieve my dream of being a medical lab technologist. i feel a small ray of hope shining down for the first time ever.

may i suggest checking out the 300 pound club in the SUPPORT GROUPS forum? a WONDERFUL bunch of wise women. and the 100 pound club forum can't be beat for their wisdom and experience.
