I lost during 1st week of Phase I but not the second week. I am into Phase II now but will just be patient. I think everyone is different in terms of metabolism and just their body in general. Can be many factors like water retention, age, beginning weight, prior diet and eating habits, etc. I think we have plenty of company based on other boards like:

If you scroll down the above site you will notice similar situations. I am here for the healthy food first. I think I will slowly lose more because I have pretty much eliminated all junk food and go to restaurants less often.
