We really want to start trying for number 2 in August/September and I need to feel better about myself and my health before we can do that. I very much need a support group and I look forward to starting this journey.
Im a teacher and an after school sponsor so I have little time for organized meetings. I also hate the idea of paying for support. Can anyone tell me if WW is really worth the money and how the point system works?

Symmer- I joined WW three months after having my son. The combo of WW, regular excercise and breastfeeding (don't know if you are) CAN NOT BE BEAT. Honestly! The 40 lbs I lost with that combo were by far the easiest I have ever lost. I will say this- WW is worth the money. Just knowing that you have to go and weigh in each week makes all the difference when you are trying to lose weight, and I have gotten some great suggestions from other members at meetings. Also, if you look online at weightwatchers.com, you can "find a meeting" by entering your zip code. I know in my area, there are enough meetings within a 10 minute drive that I can basically go any day, any time. I bet you can find a meeting close to work or home that will work for you.
If you are breastfeeding, I found WW to be great- you get so many extra points a day (so that you don't jeopardize your milk supply) that it is REALLY easy to stay on plan.
Whatever you do- BEST OF LUCK (losing weight and TTC!)
