Was just wondering if anyone here had any ideas for SW red days. Would like to make sure that yesterday didn't do any lasting damage to my weight loss and have heard that you can lose quicker on Red Days and so would like to slot a few in this week.
Have made myself a big salad for tomorrow with lots of chopped ham and bacon.
