hi everybody. I have a few questions for ya. I've been reading the book (on about pg 80

) and i've looked at the FAQ's that ppl have posted. It's all been very helpful. I know what I can and cannot have on phase 1, but do i need to count the carbs and fat content in the things i can eat? if so is there a certain number i should be at or under? Because on Atkins you had to stay under 20g of carbs a day. I know SB isn't quite like that, or is it? day 1 (which was today) went very well for me i thought. No cravings for chocolates after lunch like i usually have. so thats a plus, and i've felt very satisfied with what i've eaten. everything that i ate today was on the list. and i've had more than enough water for the day. but i don't want to ruin the plan already if i should be counting certain things and i'm not. i use fitday as well, and the carb ration seems a bit high, but i haven't had anything that is real high in carbs.
