Any suggestions??? I seem to be hungry all the time. I am drinking about 64 oz of water a day and one diet soda. I eat a snack in the morning and afternoon and evening. Here is a sample of what I ate yesterday:

B. Cereal and 1/4 c. milk (3.25)
S. Yogurt (2)
L. Salad with LF salad dressing (1)and tuna (4), low fat cookies (3)
S. Popcorn (2)
D. Soup & Lasagna (8)
S. McDonald's Ice cream w/o cone (2)

So far today, I've had my cereal and milk (3.25) - Plan: fruit (1) for break, soup (4) and a Special K bar (2) for lunch, afternoon snack popcorn (2)

Try increasing your protein or fiber. But I think protein may be what you need. When I am hungry all the time it usually means I am eating too many carbs and not enough protein to offset that.

Maybe try the protein earlier in the day, for breakfast or lunch.
Low point protein ideas: 1/3 cup beans in sauce = 1 point
tuna is low point hmmm...what else....yogourt is filling.......hmmmmmm....can't think of other things right now

How about Eggbeaters (1/2 cup = 1 point), or Quorn ...(1 naked cutlet = 1 point), or Trader Joes Chickenless Nuggets (2 = 1 point). Beans are low point, high fiber, and delicious, so how about some low point chili? Low fat sliced turkey, ham or chicken is low point. I love eaging large portions for low points, and I have 2 snacks a day. I agree ...the more carbs I eat, the hungrier I am ...I'm better off with protein. Hope this gives you some ideas.

Great ideas. I also drink V-8 as a veggie. I cook up fresh spinach and throw some garlic and parmesan cheese on it. String mozzarella cheese is available low fat for 1-2 points. Laughing Cow cheese is 1 point a wedge. I find Peanut butter very filling, but it is a red light food for some. I also like skim milk ricotta 1/4cup spread on lite bread toast. That's a 3 point breakfast and if I want something sweet, I put Splenda and cinnamon sprinkled on it. Good luck . How about making some soup? That is filling for me and it's easy to make homemade out of frozen veggies. takes no time and is in the fridge when you're hunting for something to eat.
Good luck!

Here's a hodgepodge of ideas:
Add fat free cool whip to sugar free Jello, pudding, yogurt or canned (uncooked) pumpkin. It really increase volume.
Try the WW Just Two Point bars with a hot drink. I swear they blow up in your stomach and I don't think there's any sugar to carb it up too much and increase your appetite.
Try smaller portions or lower point foods, more often. I'm a grazer, almost everything is one-point snacks (put in ziplock bags).
Decrease your meal points (save 'em for snacks): For dinner try starting with full plate of salad, then plain veg, 1/2 or 1 cup rice, and 4 oz meat (cut up and mixed together with everything else). Eat on a 9" plate.
Easy filling cream of vegetable soup: boil a package of frozen chopped broccoli or spinach in a can of chicken broth. Put through blender or food processor with a little 1% milk and a touch of butter and garlic salt. I like this just-about-zero soup with whole wheat Melba rounds or pumpernickel snack sticks.

Thanks for the suggestions, will incorporate them with my grocery list for this week. I figured out part of the problem - I wasn't watching the calender. I always am famished and craving the week before my period. It arrived today - on time, so if I get through the next couple days I'll be home free - until next month that is.

How about Beef Jerky? Some people don't like it, but I do! You have lots of protein, low fat, and low carb. For one ounce, it is only 1 point, and very filling. Also, I like to cut up an apple, and eat it plain or with cinnamon and Splenda on it for a nice filling snack. Hope this helps.

I agree with the others, you are eating *way* to may carbs. Carbs simply do not keep you full!

Breakfast is my one meal of the day where I just have to eat high protein or I won't make it an hour past that without being hungry again. Here are a few of my favorites that are filling:
mini bagel with 1 egg, some ham, Laughing Cow cheese (the WHOLE thing is only 1 point and its YUMMY!) or some other low point cheese. Usually I make about a 4-5 point breakfast depending on what all I put on my bagel.

2 scrambled eggs with turkey bacon

Scrambled eggs with salsa and some low point cheese in a small whole wheat tortilla.

1 piece of lite bread + 1 T peanut butter is 3 points.

Lunch, I like to make like a big salad with chopped egg, low point meats, dressing (that is low point or make my own), Lean Pocket. Or just a low point sandwich (a lot of lean meats are low points) with some fat free pringles.

Dinner I always pretty much have some kind of lean meat (mainly chicken and also fish and lean red meats) with a good, high fiber veggie (love broccoli) and small small red potato or small amount of wild rice, noodles, whatever.

After the kids are in bed I always have a Skinny Cow or one of the Smart Ones desserts, I have to have my sweets

But make sure you are getting enough protein and high fiber, if you do that you will stay full!!

Thank you to everyone who has added to this.

I usually have an apple or banana for breakfast (8-9) and do alright until around 12...then I have a sandwich (with lean meats and cheeses) ff pringles, chicken soup, or lean pocket. but then am starving for the rest of the day. I know I need to stay away from the carbs...because that's where a lot of my weight comes from so I am going to go the low-carb low-fat route for a while and see if that's what works for me. In the past Atkins did work but it was far to drastic for me to do all the time... but maybe a combination would work very well.

Thanks for the input!
