Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
This is my first time here and will be starting the diet on Monday. I did have a question though, and I am sure it has been asked before.....and I really did try and look around for it.
Are the Atkins muffin mixes or any of the products allowed? A friend at work gave me a lemon poppy muffin and it was pretty good, so I thought someone here could answer my question.
