Default Advantage Bars

Any wisdom on the incorporation of the odd Atkins Advantage Bar in to one's diet? They seem low on the bad carbs bad fats (although it took me about twenty minutes to read all the ingredients, which cant be good from any sane point of view - I have a friend who only lets her 10 year old eat food that he can pronounce all the ingredients of ).

I am a bit seduced by the chocolate chippyness of the picture on the front of the Advantage Bar box.

Green light? Amber light? Or is it a Red light?

Amber as the sugar alcohols in them (The Wicked OL Family) can cause stalls as can the Bad Boys in the OSE Family - maltose is one of the bad ones in that brood!
Anyhow, why eat them when there is so much non-Frankenfood you can eat on this plan?
