sbd and sugar alcohol
I have been hearing so much from my friends who atkins about the difference in sugar alcohol counting versus sugar counting....considering this is a new diet change in atkins regarding annotating these amounts...does this affect the sugar busters sugar counting as well.......
My mother got me involved in reading sugar busters and transitioning to wheat products etc...but I am a newbie and looking for guidance.
I am 33 years old, up to a year ago I was able to maintain a 5-8 range and 135 lbs...I am now 175 and a size 14....as you can imagine...very depressed about it. Help!
