Default Diet Pills

Personally, I don't think that any kind of diet pills are really worth it. You have to diet and exercise with most of them, so most of the weight you've lost isn't from the pills. Plus the fact that it seems that after a pill has been around for awhile they find it has some ingrediant that can cause illness or even death in some cases. I'd rather just do some extra work on my part to lose the weight and avoid the risk, but to each their own.

Anyways, congrats on you weight loss and welcome to our board!

I haven't read this, but in my opinion, Dr Agatston is most likely not a fan of diet pills. This diet, like most, is made to change your eating habits to ones that will keep the weight off permanently. Most OTC diet pills have ingredients in them that have not been evaluated by the FDA and may prove to be harmful later.

I think if you try the diet alone, you will be pleasantly surprised at how much weight you can lose, and how little hunger you will have. The plan is set up so that you will not feel deprived. Good luck!!

Welcome to The Beach!

Xenadrine prevents the absorption of excess fat. This plan is not a high fat one so X. would be useless as well as expensive. Why would you want to continue taking it? I took it for a while and lost weight because I lowered my fat consumption to avoid the nasty side effects.

By the way, in Canada, it is not OTC but requires a prescription. Mine was over $100 a month and insurance does not cover it but the money was not the issue. The orange side effects were!
